February 13, 2007 on 8:30 pm | In Uncategorized |Well, so much for getting pictures of my very pregnant females before they gave birth.
One of them gave birth to nine babies this morning. It was her first drop so that wasn’t too bad a number. The second will probably go tomorrow, but since we got hit with about a foot of snow and extremely hazzardous driving conditions due to drifting, there’s no way I am going to be able to get to the store in time to get new batteries for my camera.
Hopefully next time. At least one thing’s for sure with guppies–there WILL be a next time. 
For now I’ll just be happy to enjoy these new babies. I will try to get pics soon of them to show you. Until then, here’s a pic of pappa to this batch:
