Financial health
August 22, 2008 on 10:46 pm | In life |Well I tried to copy my screen but apparently I do not have that ability on this laptop. I took a quiz at Bills IQ to see if I was financially fit and actually got a ‘B’ which isn’t too bad. Technically I am fairly fit because I understand my credit score, pay my bills on time, and have an idea of where I’m going and how I am going to manage my retirement. I think this is a really good quiz to take though for everyone even if they think they know what their financial outlook is and especially if they haven’t got a clue, or are stressed by their bills every month.
There is no shame in asking for Debt help when you need it. If it can save you the frustration and worry of paying monthly bills or knowing if you will ever be able to retire and enjoy your golden years then it’s worth it isn’t it? In some cases Debt consolidation can be a big relief when debts have spiraled out of control.
I’m still kind of miffed I couldn’t get a capture of that score I had. I’d like to show it to my husband. I really spend a lot of time learning about finance, security, and credit health. It’s one of the subjects I write often about so I feel pretty good about my knowledge on the subject and yet, taking tests like this help a lot. As you look at the questions you can get an idea of what is important to know and what creditors might consider important to know as well. Most of all, taking tests like this keep you re-evaluating what you think you know about your own financial health.
Whether you need Debt relief, or are financially stable and healthy a little reality check is always a good thing.
