I got a few new pics of the birds today now that I found my camera finally. I didn’t upload them to my site but used the uploader in here. It’s easier but I don’t like the small thumbnails it posts.

Nachshon Draiman Puts The Benefits Where They Should Be
October 14, 2008 on 5:15 pm | In life | 2688 CommentsNachshon Draiman has developed an amazing company on Chicago’s north side to assist nursing operations with long term care of the elderly. In the beginnings of his endeavors he saw a need for great improvement in the quality of geriatric care and found ways to make it possible for facilities to spend less on managing the facilities and more on the care of the patients.
By eliminating as much of the excess weight ‘at the top’ of the bureaucracy he is able to get these facilities to focus on the areas needed most, quality of life of the patients themselves. Having an invalid mother-in-law who we are looking for a good facility to care for I know the importance of such measures and I also know how difficult it is to find them.
Having developed such successful strategies in the nursing community Mr. Draiman has developed a new company called Multiut to spread that forceful method to other types of community operations such as restaurants, hotels, commercial and residential real estate. Using these same great cut out the excess attitudes he has made it possible to reach a better solution for customer service and patron benefits so that the people who truly benefit from the company are the consumers. That is where the benefits of any company should be.
Linus Gitahi Knows The Importance of Truth in the Media
October 14, 2008 on 4:56 pm | In life | No CommentsAs a writer it is important to me to know that independent media outlets exist throughout the world. So many newspapers today are governed by either political factions, religious sects, or other dominating influences that wish to advance their own propaganda. Those types of media make it very difficult for the people they serve to form intelligent and truthful opinions.
The Daily Nation, a division of National Media Group is completely committed to independant media distribution in Kenya. The CEO Linus Gitahi has a long and illustrious career with the global pharmaceutical company GlaxoSmithKlein where he shaped his views on truth and honesty.
The National Media Group has both electronic and print platforms in order to reach the largest number of readers and give them the opportunity to form their own opinions based on real honest to goodness truth. Mr. Linus and his wife and daughters all live in Nairobi, Kenya so they know the importance of a solid media outlet for their country and surroundings. He also serves as non-executive Director of several banks and the Federation of Kenya Employees.
The Ultimate Vacation From Consolidated Resorts
October 14, 2008 on 3:30 pm | In life | 1114 CommentsHave you ever dreamed of a vacation in Hawaii? I know I have. I would love to sit on white sandy beaches and watch the ocean from my hotel balcony. The Consolidated Resorts offer a fantastic travel experience at the Kauai Sands Hotel in beautiful Kauai. Away from the hustle and bustle of the big main island, and other tourist heavy islands such as Maui the island of Kauai gives you a truly relaxing vacation experience.
From the luscious green lawns that line beautiful stretches of beach to the luxurious full-sized outdoor pool playtime at the Kauai Sands Hotel offers everything a family Hawaiian vacation should be. For shoppers there is plenty to see and experience and golfers will love the Wailua golf course only minutes from the hotel. There are all kinds of ocean sports available such as surfing, boating, and deep sea diving. You can even ride horseback along the white sand — now that is what I would love to do. I’ve seen it in movies and have always wanted to ride a beautiful horse along the beach and into the ocean.
There is so much to do in Wailua that I can’t even detail it all but it will certainly be enough to tire you out so you can return to the beautiful resort rooms and relax for the evening with the waves making their music outside. For me that is the ultimate vacation.
Sharing The Enjoyment of Animals.
October 12, 2008 on 2:50 pm | In life | No CommentsThere are a lot of great things you can do with your pets and I think one of the nobelist is to go to nursing homes and hospitals with them. I’ve done it with dogs, and even the mini horses. There is nothing quite like seeing the smile on someone’s face when you bring in an animal for them to pet. It’s important to always immediately look for the exit signs when you go someplace like that with live animals though. Especially the bigger ones that need to be taken out, or may become too excited and need a ‘break’. It’s the first thing I do. It is such a ’second nature’ that I don’t think anyone else would know I am doing it, but I immediately look for the exits when I enter, or move to a new floor, or area. It makes it so much easier because then I can relax into having them there and enjoying the experience having the peace of mind that I know where to go if it is necessary.

Doing the Research
October 3, 2008 on 8:53 am | In life | 467 CommentsI know I’ve been talking a lot about different types of diet aides and what kind of weight loss product to use. This is a personal problem for me right now and so many other stressful and bad things have been going on that focusing on my personal fitness–a lot because I let it go for months and allowed myself to feel that as long as I wasn’t gaining weight it was okay, but it wasn’t. And thinking that way allowed it to get out of hand to where I was gaining again. Finally I seem to be doing okay and although certainly not going gangbusters like I did last year, moving slowly down. I’ll give that allowance that as long as it moves at some speed, slow or not, down is a good thing. I have to say here that all diet aides scare me a bit. You hear so much about them on the news and you never really know if something that seems like a good thing will turn up 10 years later as being a cause of heart attacks or such. The only thing I can think of is it is best to do your research and that is what I am trying to do.
Even Better Stress Relief
October 1, 2008 on 5:08 pm | In life | No CommentsA vacation would be even better stress relief. Not only would I get away from the main source of stress I have right now but I’d take a break from both jobs too. I’ve often talked about going on a cruise and still want to. Up until now though when I’ve thought of cruises I’ve thought of the Bahamas or Florida, or even an Alaskan cruise which looks awesome, but I never thought of checking out European cruises. I’m not sure why I haven’t thought of it. What a great way to get two bonuses, a cruise and a chance to see European destinations. I’ve always wanted to see Greece with its amazing ancient architecture. A Mediterranean cruise would be delightful.
Temporary Stress Relief
October 1, 2008 on 4:53 pm | In life | 125 CommentsI haven’t had a lot of time due to such a great workload in my writing business to look around and research diet supplements. I did have a pretty good day yesterday with diet control all by myself so that is a plus. I think I have to find a way to beat the stress. Some people are depressed eaters, some are happy eaters, I’m a stress eater. I had some relief from the stress of the last few months yesterday but it isn’t a permanent relief so I have to find a way to get around that. Maybe it is a mental outlook. I’m not sure. I try to have a positive outlook on things even when they are tough, but you can’t lie to your brain or heart. It knows the real deal even when you have a smile plastered on your face. I have to find a diet pill that also helps with stress relief.
